1. Reservation and Payment

• A valid booking requires a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of reservation.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings are guaranteed at the agreed rate.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation made at least 7 days before arrival: full refund (minus any transaction fees).

• Cancellation made within 7 days of arrival or no-show: no refund.
